DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Any shipments outside of the United States are not available at this time.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, you may return it to us for a refund or make an exchange. Please ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance as Heybo is not responsible for lost packages. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

> Items will only be accepted for exchange or refunded up to 30 days from original purchase date.

> Sale items can not be exchanged or refunded.

> Customers are responsible for for return postage when exchanging for a different item, a wrong item was ordered, a wrong size was ordered, or when returning an item if you decide you no longer would like to purchase.
